Overview
Over the three years of the full-time programme students will learn the essential technical and creative skills to approach briefs from clients and to problem solve the integration of new technologies into storytelling.
• Level 4 focuses on core skills and developing an understanding of creative choices, global connections, production techniques, and the network of opportunities that are available.
• Level 5 looks outside of the University at industry practices, collaboration, and a more conceptual approach to creating media content.
• Level 6 allows students to combine the skills they have developed and apply them to client and personal projects.
At all levels students are encouraged to contextualise their work and adapt projects towards their desired specialism as much as possible. Whilst this is a creative course, students will really succeed when they immerse themselves in the discipline on a technical and academic level. There is the opportunity to study abroad at one of our international partner institutions which include Norway and the United States.
